My name is Chwang mit Angela Saring.
I am from Sikkim which is in the Himalayas. My background is Lepcha. Growing up in the Himalayas was a very beautiful experience. a walk in the forest hunting for the wild berries or splashing by the crystal clear brooks chasing the dragon flies or walking in the pitch dark night with thousands of fireflies glowing in synchronizattion creating a beautiful aura around or simply listening to the singing of the wild birds in the morning with the rivers, the waterfalls all creating a beautiful symphony but the greatest treat was to see the third highest mountain peak in the world, the majestic Kanchenjunga, perpetually covered with snow, change its color at the crack of dawn…. Looking back it seem so surreal.
I love nature and feel connected in places which are far away from the maddening crowd. Personality wise, I am a thinker, a free spirited person and to a certain extent an extrovert I love simple things in life.

I came to Melbourne 5 years ago to study Law and after completion I took up community welfare. At the moment I am on a temporary visa here.
